JOIN US HOUSTON! 20% OFF AT ELAINE TURNER TO RAISE MONEY FOR AUTISM
We are so excited to be a part of Elaine Turner’s commitment to philanthropy at tonights event at the original Elaine Turner Boutique.
If you are not familiar with Elaine Turner’s beautiful bags you should be. Turner, a native Texan, started selling her bags to Neiman’s and now has six boutiques, including Manhattan!
Known for her charitable contributions, we first met Elaine Turner at the Heroes For Children handbag event and knew we wanted to help them raise money for their own charity – Autism Rescue Angels.
Autism Rescue Angels (ARA) is a non-profit providing financial assistance to autism families in the Houston area for medical, educational, or respite needs and seeks to provide funding for programs benefitting those with an autism spectrum disorder.
“We need to address the harsh financial reality of raising a special needs child. Our dream is to step in and provide assistance and relief for these families who need it most.” says Elaine.
Tonight kicks off over a week of fundraising, the concept is simple –
DROP OFF WOMEN'S GENTLY LOVED CLOTHING, ACCESSORIES & SHOES AT THE BOUTIQUE AND GET 20% OFF ANY ITEM IN THE STORE!
For a list of acceptable designers check HERE.
Tonight’s event is more than an excuse for me to get to come to Texas – I am so looking forward to meeting the women of Houston! Be sure to come up and introduce yourself tonight. (PS did I mention the new Fall ’15 collection arrived today???)
Be sure to stop by Elaine Turner, 2439 University Blvd. on Wednesday night, August 19 from 6-8 p.m. You'll receive 20% off your purchase at Elaine Turner when you bring in one or more designer items to donate and 75% of the resale of your donated items will support Autism Rescue Angels. RSVP to RiceVillageEvents@ElaineTurner.com or call 713.255.0052. Can't attend the event but still want to donate to the cause? This in-store promotion will continue through August 27th. Or you can sign up for a free shipping label on Union & Fifth.
Keep your eyes peeled for the Autism Rescue Angels boutique on Union & Fifth – remember, we can’t send the money until we sell the donations!
Off to go figure out what to wear….
