Trend: BIG BOLD FLORALS

Ditch the dainty petals mindset and go for the florals you’d likely see on home upholstery.  Fall’s florals are all about impact.

Trend: BURGUNDY

Burgundy was seen in clothing as well as footwear and accessories on the fall runways.  Pair this rich color with navy, camel, or this season’s metallics for a sophisticated look.

Trend: FRINGE

Flappers and cowgirls love fringe and so did the designers at the fall shows.  We recommend keeping your fringe the centerpiece of your ensemble by pairing with simple accessories.

Trend: BELTED COATS

Pea coats are taking a backseat to belted coats this season.  The fall runways put forth nylon and wool versions.  Fashionistas tie their buckled belt for impact rather than buckle it as expected.

Trend: FUR & SHEARLING

Luxury and cozy are two adjectives that we welcome into our fall wardrobes and the fall fashion week runway models displayed ample evidence of both qualities with the fur and shearling designs they strutted.  Both trends can be dressed up or down according to mood or occasion.

Trend: MULES

One 90’s trend that you should welcome back into your closet is the effortless mule.  Be both chic and sensible when you pair your mules with this season’s cropped flare

We've pulled together our best in Fashion Week 2017 Runway trends in the collections below.  Maintaining an updated wardrobe has never made so much fashion, financial and philanthropic sense!
